Canada Raises Interest Rates Again But Says "Unusual Activity"
The Bank of Canada has just raised interest rates again by 0.25%, bringing the rate to 1.0%.
The Bank cites "unusual activity" in the global economy, as well as mentioned emerging economies doing well. Emerging markets to the rescue!
