Shocked that companies and mutual funds would invest OPM (Other People's Money) in high-risk investments, the Shocked Investor was originally on a mission to find out if our money ended up in these dubious instruments. Here is the ROI during todays's plunge of some of the straddles I have posted over the last couple of days:
MCO: +140%
UCO: +133%:
FXE +131%
Even today's 11-13 UCO had an ROI of +56% in just over 2 hours:
This is why it is so good to have straddles in times of volatility.
