The death of ETFs continues. This time, the ETF graveyard is expanded in Canada as Horizon has decided to eliminated its HAU and HAD leveraged ETFs. The reason is lack of investor interest.
A bigger reason is certainly the excessive number of ETFs out there. There is only so much money that can be sucked in from retail investors.
Speaking of suckers, eventually, anyone who has invested for any long term in leveraged ETFs learn that they are a hugely losing proposition.
