Shocked that companies and mutual funds would invest OPM (Other People's Money) in high-risk investments, the Shocked Investor was originally on a mission to find out if our money ended up in these dubious instruments. BP's July put options today have significant trading on all out of the money (OTM) strikes, even 7.50, which seemed so far away a coupe of days ago. Looks like investors are counting on BP really heading there. 5 and 2.50 strikes need to be created soon.
