Live Tracking: Top Gold and Silver Companies To Buy and to Sell

I have created a new site that tracks live the top gold and silver mining companies on the market, divided into senior producers, intermediate producers, junior producers, silver companies, and exploration/speculative companies. The selection is based on research by UBS and Cannacord, anf others. There are of course thousands of other companies out there. These are recommended companies by those analysts.

Note: Barrick Gold is included only because as it is in most analysts selections. It is not a company I would buy given the fears about its bankruptcy (Felkete), as we have reported.

The top mining companies are being tracked live here: Gold Miners tracking. The site also shows the total cash cost of each ounce of gold for all the companies where this information is available. This is very sueful to determine how much money each company will make for each ounce of gold, and what their leverage is. For instance, if the current price of gold is $1,000 and the total cost of of a company is $500, then the company is currently making a profit of $500 per ounce of gold. If the per ounce of gold goes to $2,000, this company will make a profit of $1,500 per ounce of golfd, and so on.

The companies with the lowest total cost per ounce of gold estimate for 2010 are:

Agnico-Eagle: $406.00
Eldorado Gold: $426.00
Alamos Gold: $435.00
Yamana Gold: $458.00
Randgold: $459.00

We will add other costs and companies as we confirm them.

In terms of RSIs, these are the companies ordered by RSI7-D. The average of the daily, weekly, and monthly RSIs are also shown. If an RSI is below 30, then the company is oversold. If the RSI is over 70, the company is overbought. You can see that right now the companies are closer to overbought.

Silver companies are the most overbought, with an average RSI7D of 69.

(kindly click to enlarge)

Of the seniors, KGC abd GG and near overboight. Of the intermediate, all except GOLD are overbought. Of the juniors, GBG.TO MTO.V, RBI.TO, TMM.V, GG.V are clearly overbought, while NTR.V is oversold. In silver, CDE and SLW are also clearly overbought.

Note: You may receive technical analysis and alerts of these stocks, sent automatically to you, by entering the symbols in the Technical Trend Analysis Tool, (powered by INO).

These are not recommendations to buy or sell. Any mining company is risky currently as the market is overbought, particularly so with mining companies! Please do your own due dilligence.
