We then tried to identify the top ETFs to by and to sell. This turned out to be very difficult for the ones to buy.


The top 10 ETFs to buy (based on the successful RSI7) are:

PTD
GLL
DZZ
DGZ
ZSL
DBB
JJM
UBM
XME

Note that most of them are short (bear) ETFs! This is because of the very significant rise in gold stocks lately. The E-Tracks still have minimal volume. DBB and JJM are more base metals. So, not much to choose from on this list unless you believe gold will go down.

Indeed, these are clearly overbought conditions. GLD is on the list. GDP is the top "sell", and it is a double long ETF.
