Unemployment Rises to 9.8%: Just The Facts

As reported by Goldman Sachs yesterday, but with numbers only released to the puiblic officially today, unemployment rose to 9.8% with the official non-farm payroll numbers just released at 8:30AM. However, you saw here on September 29 that the number of online ads are an indication of unemployment numbers, ahead of time as well, so it is a practical way to get news ahead of time. Stocks, and gold, are dipping on the news.
